- Lower the gaming device fees in Central City to promote
competition with Black Hawk.
- Research alternative energy sources and distributed generation
opportunities for wind farm development in Gilpin County.
- Establish procedures for Central City citizens to access
Federal Tax credits for historic homes.
- Obtain HUD grants for historic downtown buildings.
- Update the City Charter.
- Lobby the General Assembly for increased gaming impact funds.
